Recipe- Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
It’s a Tuesday and that means I get to pull out my Pinterest pins and try something.
Well, the usual good intentions went out the window as life and school takes up so much time of my day. But then I thought, “Well, let’s try another recipe. We have to eat any way.”
I picked something that fit the following criteria: easy, fast, yummy, and I must have all the ingredients because I didn’t have time to go to the store for some random exotic item. As I searched my pins, I found the perfect candidate- Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps. Even though it didn’t fit in my Monthly Menu Theme plans, I wanted to get to work on it as my older children needed to head out to mutual and EB also had meetings to scoot off to.
Meat Mixture:
3 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 Tbsp Ketchup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp steak seasoning (see photo below)
Wrap and toppings:
Tortillas
Tomatoes, sliced
Shredded cheddar cheese
Yellow mustard
Let’s begin…

The verdict on these wraps tonight was a unanimous YUMMO! Everyone from the oldest to the youngest (17 yo -1 yo) ate every bit of them and even fought for dibs 0n leftovers for the next day. EB really liked it when I added BBQ sauce and I think next time I will also add lettuce and definitely onion. I felt like a rock-star chef tonight! Wow. The reaction I got from these small wraps was a nice feeling and I love having another family favorite I can count on.
Yum!!! We will have to try those! Thanks for the recipe!
