Grateful Sabbath- Father and Son
Having a son that now is a grown man with his very own life is very interesting.
My role with him is very different but none the less, wonderful.
I am grateful for my husband’s understanding and empathy for what my son is going through because I don’t think I quite get it as much.
Obviously, I’ve never been a newly adult man.
When I see my husband and adult son together talking over business, stocks, cars, basketball teams, marriage and the latest technological gadget, I just count my blessings for the man that I married.
My son has an amazing Dad to be his mentor as he changes into an adult and needs guidance and reassurance in this crazy new world my son is trying to navigate.
Father’s are so critical for healthy and balanced children.
Thank you EB for being so involved with our children.
“The powerful effect of righteous fathers in setting an example, disciplining and training, nurturing and loving is vital to the spiritual welfare of his children.”
Ezra Taft Benson- “To the Father’s in Israel”
