Here is a little background.

I was watching a YouTube video one day and the person in the video kept mentioning a phrase over and over again, “My Miracle Morning…my Miracle Morning”. I was confused. What’s that?

I replayed the video, and learned that the phrase “My Miracle Morning” was referring to the book  “The Miracle Morning-The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life Before 8AM” .

I quickly shot over to A—-N, and checked the title out. Huh…it was from an unfamiliar author, Hal Elrod, and I digitally flipped through the highly reviewed book.

I then began researching Mr. Elrod and found some YouTube presentations he had done. I was intrigued with his personal story and his passion about sharing his success in turning around his life with the ideas in his book “The Miracle Morning”.

Long story short, I bought the book, read it in a day, and set my alarm for the next morning.

Did my life transform overnight?

Truthfully, no.

But, I would have to say… I am feeling something transforming.

Everyday I do my “Miracle Morning”, I feel more motivated and confident to improve myself and do better than the day before. I have a time to work on me and to work on those things that I feel are important. I have a time everyday to fill MY bucket before I start the day of ladling out to everyone and everything else.

As I intentionally get up earlier, I have more uninterrupted time for prayer, planning, pondering, studying, reading, visualizing, and meditating. In other words, it is one very crucial component to sharpening my saw. And just to warn you, this personal pre-sunrise time is addicting. I crave the early morning now and when I can’t get up before the sun, I feel like I’ve been cheated! NOW THAT IS TRULY LIFE CHANGING FOR ME-just ask EB.

If you are struggling with burn out in any area of your life, if you are flailing around with no direction, or if you know there is more that you could be doing and desire a change somehow, give this idea of “Miracle Mornings” a try.

I am…and I’m loving the change.
